Part of utilizing documents to probe into, combine out the preliminary research structure, via 12 experts, agitate with the expert in three different fields of recreation, restaurant, hotel mental work, carry on the Philippines law questionnaire of Del 2 times, and then revise the structure. Utilize Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) The questionnaire, calculate every expert's relative weight value with Expert Choice 11.0, examine the expert's consistency, calculate the weight of expert's colony by mediating the average afterwards, build and construct an exclusive restaurant evaluation form. The result is applied mechanically in four restaurants are analysed and verified, there can be good districts and separate the result, so the management use of the basis which the offering industry person improve and common department that achievement of this research can.
