In Vietnam, the government carried out their reformational open door policy since 80’s. They maintained the high economical growth from 2002 up to now. In 2006, the total investment value from Taiwanese manufacturing firms has been the greatest among all overseas investors. Since 2007, Vietnam has become one of the members of WTO. This will, absolutely, attract more foreign investors. At the same time, the Manufacturing Firms invests more and more efforts and resource on development and research. They hope to promote their performance by innovation. Thence, how to guide the organization members to create innovation and to increase the competition ability is worthy for a further study. The main subject of this thesis is to research on the influence of Innovation Performance by The Organization Learning and Knowledge Management from Taiwanese Manufacturing Firms in Vietnam. It was done by means of questionnaires on the R&D supervisors from Taiwanese Manufacturing Firms in Vietnam. We use the way of Random Sampling with 620 copies. Among them, 243 copies were replied. When the 38 invalid copies were deducted, we got 205 valid copies. The retrieve of valid questionnaires is 33.1%. This study proposed 4 assumptions and to prove them by questionnaires. We found from this study that the Organization Leaning has positive influence on the Knowledge Management; the Knowledge Management has positive influence on the Organization Innovation Performance; the Organization Leaning has positive influence on the Innovation Performance; the ability of Knowledge Management plays a role of intermedium for Organization Leaning and Innovation Performance.
