Also,the penetration literature analysis and the questionnaire survey way conducts the research. On the other hand the investigation result performs by the mean value, the structure equation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling analysis statistical method to analyze. Below this research obtains a conclusion this minute narration to be as follows: 1. Elementary teachers has a higher consciousness to the information accomplishment concurrently holding administrative posts. 2. A higher school record holds a concurrent post the administrative teacher to have the higher information accomplishment and the administrative achievements. 3. Holds the post of the duty to have the higher information literacy and the administrative performance for director's teacher. 4. The small school reforms leadership consciousness to principal to be higher. 5. The country slightly holds a concurrent post the administrative teacher information literacy to have to the school administrative performance reveals to the forecast strength. 6. Principal to the transformational leadership to have to country slightly holds a concurrent post the administrative teacher information literacy reveals to the forecast strength. 7. Principal to the transformational leadership to penetrate country slightly holds a concurrent post the administrative teacher information literacy to be influential regarding the school administrative performance. Finally, acts according to the above conclusion separately to hold a concurrent post to the national elementary school the administrative teacher as well as the educational administration institution proposed the suggestion and further will study to the future proposes the reference.
