research. On the other hand the investigation result performs by the mean value, the
structure equation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling analysis
statistical method to analyze. Below this research obtains a conclusion this minute
narration to be as follows:
1. Elementary teachers has a higher consciousness to the information accomplishment
concurrently holding administrative posts.
