碩士 === 大葉大學 === 造形藝術學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to investigate the present situation of elementary school art teachers’ self-efficacy in Changhua County. This study includes comparing the differences of elementary school art teachers’ self-efficacy in Changhua County among variables of individual background,school surroundings and classroom surroundings. The investigation was conducted with questionnaire survey using stratified random sampling method and simple random sampling method. Subjects are from elementary school art teachers in Changhua County. 300 questionnaires were distributed to 30 schools, and 284 valid questionnaires were collected with 94.6% valid percentage. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS for Windows 10.1 using descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The result of this study shows as follows: 1. The self-efficacy of elementary school art teachers in Changhua County rated intermediate level. 2. The self-efficacy of individual’s teaching rated higher than their self-efficacy in general teaching. 3. Among different background variables, the years of experience, professional background, and position influenced the elementary school art teachers’ self-efficacy most obviously. 4.Different school surroundings and different classroom variables didn’t show significant difference in elementary school art teachers’ self-efficacy.
