The main idea of this thesis is to express spiritual emotion and to show the inner meanings of the creative works by the writer’s life experience and her beauty sense. The writer wants to express her thoughts through the images, symbols, models of her painting and the analogy of the objects. Therefore, the emotion has foundations, and the meaning has sources. Moreover, through the combination of eastern concept and western painting materials, the writer hopes her painting can present a new idea and show her own spirit.
Painting is a kind of performance of beauty and a survey of life value. The worth of paintings does not rely on the content, but decides on the expression of sonal thoughts. All of the paintings have their special meanings no matter they are realistic or abstract. Painting is an art related to literature, philosophy and history. In the process of creating, the writer not only studies hard, but also puts her life philosophy into her works to promote the spiritual emotion.
This thesis is a research about the painting view of the Naturalism and the concept of local artists. Through the personal analysis and criticism, the write hopes she can understand herself more and find new directions in painting.
