Shu-Hui Lin Da-Yeh University ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of locus of control, career motivation on learning motivation for in service master programs' students. There were 302 effective samplings in service master programs' students from eight universities in Taichung have been collected for analysis. The measure instruments include Locus of Control Inventory, Career Motivation Inventory and Learning Motivation Inventory. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANONA, Analysis of Cor-relation and Analysis of Regression. The main finding were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in learning motivation of in -service master programs' students for the individual attribute. 2. There were significant differences in career motivation of in -service master programs' students for the individual attribute. 3. Locus of control and career motivation of in- service master programs' students were non significant correlated. 4. Locus of control, career motivation could effectively predict learning motivation of in -service master programs' students. Finally, based on summary of this research, advanced discussion and suggestion are brought up for students who want to attend this educational system and reference for following research.
