Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === This study aims to explore the recreation demands and recreation experience of leisure farm customers, and to analyze the differences between background characteris-tics and recreation experience in terms of recreation demands and recreation experience. Hopefully, the study results will provide references for leisure farmers and other related industries in their future management application. Targeting at visitors who have actual personal experience in leisure farms, the re-searcher adopts quantitative survey method and convenience sampling. Among all 500 questionnaires sent out, 467 have responded (85.7% valid respond rate), of which, 400 are valid. Methodology in this study includes descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Major results are summarized as follows: 1. Leisure farm customers comprise mostly of 20-year-old and younger females, with large majority of whom are high-school or occupational-school students from Taichung County. Average expenditure inside the farms stands around NT$500. 2. Among all demand items, “A clean and refreshing farm environment makes me feel healthy” ranks the highest. 3. Among all recreation experience items, “It provides a great place to meet with friends” tops the highest of all perceptible recreation experiences. 4. A significant difference of recreation demands has been found existing between visitors with different backgrounds and recreation experience variables. 5.
