碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === The purposes of this study were to examine the differences and relationships amoung of leisure motivations, leisure experience, leisure satisfaction and leisure benefits dis-played by elementary school teachers of Taichung County. Through convenient sam-pling, 700 subjects were selected to fill out the questionnaire designed for studying this topic. Out of the700 questionnaires distributed, retrieve 597 effective questionnaires, reaching to the rate of 85.3%.After processing the data with descriptive statistics, item analysis, explanatory factor analysis, t-test, canonical correlation , and multiple regres-sion analysis with SPSS, and got the following generalization: 1. It exists correlations between leisure motivations and leisure satisfaction, leisure motivations and leisure ex-perience. 2. It exists correlations between leisure experience and leisure satisfaction, leisure experience and leisure benefits. 3. It exists correlations between leisure satisfac-tion and leisure benefits. 4. It part correlations between leisure motivations、leisure experience、leisure satisfaction and leisure benefits.
