Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 96 === The price of cell phone is continually declining in the past few years. The downstream price of medium and small size panel manufacturers is also reduction and so that profit is reduced constantly, the traditional production thinking unable to accord with the panel manufacturer faces the environment of high and arduous industry. Therefore, how to improve the quality, lower the cost, and increase the productivity are the burning issues to all. This research focus on the medium and small size liquid crystal display industry conducts lean production into shop floor integrated system which can improve manufacturing flow and build the new manufacturing executive system. Using the lean thinking of eliminating the unnecessary loss and speed up the IT process time to analyze all the activities that can actually help and create the company profit. In addition, we take an example from this case company to tell how to reconstruct its Manufacturing Management System (MMS) among the factories. In the example, the case company used five lean production stages which are stability, fluency, synchronization, pullback, and standardization to investigate the factory documents, combing and reducing the documents, and refining the MES with information instantaneity step by step.
