碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 96 === Every country in the world is aggressively promoting the concept of supply chain for green purchasing, and the green purchasing policy itself has been gradually mature in the process. Here in Taiwan, it does not matter whether it is the governmental policies or in the interest of the enterprise itself, all are still in the probing phase in regards to the supply chain issues for green purchasing. And this uncertainty from the government policy inadvertently creates the biggest restriction for the supply chain formation for green purchasing. In addition, both the up and down streams manufacturers are also experiencing the immaturity from the perspectives of green purchasing supply chain, thus, these create enormous difficulties for the enterprises while promoting the supply chain approaches in green purchasing endeavors. Therefore this research primarily takes the approach from the perspectives of the laws, regulations and documentaries of green purchasing supply chains then organize and summarize the approaches which are deemed as suitable to enterprise in pursuing green purchasing supply chain. Additionally, this research also analyzes based on practical examples of certain manufacturers while executing the green purchasing supply chain directives so as to verify the effectiveness of the execution procedures for green purchasing supply chain approach. And the findings will be reserved for references by enterprises which are to introduce the green purchasing supply chain in addition to facilitating the audit for the parts and materials for commodities which might contain restricted or prohibited substances.
