The upper air cable car won’t cut the biology to roost, under the cable is not disturbed to perch the scope, retained the wild animals and plants survival space, cannot create the ecology the destruction, As a result of any kind of transportation system, no matter is the road, the railroad even links the most primitive mountaineering footpath, can create the certain degree to the wooded mountain and the ecology the impact and the destruction, therefore the cable car may be said the wooded mountain most environmental protection green transportation system. This research choice Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in this research by, engaging the expert questionnaire survey, and carries on the arrangement height of according to the weight after the appraisal factor, compared with Nantou County establishment mountain cable car important criterion, and proposed the concrete conclusion and the suggestion which can be adopted by the for the related authority.
