If does not have the automatic detection and the video recording function, these are fleeting the picture the jail which looks at steadily depending on the vision control supervisors looked completely that such way does not have the efficiency obviously.
Therefore, Ba-Guah-shen tunnels to promote the tunnel traffic safety management, already supposes the closed circuit television camera using the tunnel to additionally build the advanced traffic control system, detects the vehicles to stop and so on, the pedestrian on own initiative, to scatter the thing, the smog, the vehicles to go against the flow and the transportation clogged up and so on events, detects immediately knows and the warning passes the knowing and doing to control the central personnel, reduces the tunnel accident reaction time, then reduces the transportation impact. And may the synchronized video recording record surveillance content, understand that the event has the process, enables the advantage Administrative unit afterward to examine reference of the improvement. This research will detect the system transport business achievement on the automatic event, the tunnel Administrative unit will detect the system as future country minister of the interior to the tunnel event to establish the main reference
