Extrusion machine will produce hot and out of shape by high temperature when it is heated to more than 400 degrees centigrade. The spindle tube and localization central point will generate deformations and cause flaw products after extruding [9~11]. This research main is using finite element method to analyze extrusion machine on high-temperature which generate the thermal deformations and thermal strain when it is operating.
