But there are large bottleneck in Taiwan CNC industry, that is, the CNC controller technology is almost controlled by Japan and Germany for example FANUC 、MITSUBIS 、HIHIDENHI、SEMENS ,etc. Although there are PC BASIC controller developed in Taiwan, but the performances, such as stability and resolution are far behind the foreign products mentioned above. In order to maintain steady grow up of Taiwan CNC industry, it is necessary to promoted controller function additional value by integrate academic research with industry to increase world competition capability so for the adjustment of CNC parameter was remained on personal experience and manual index book level in Taiwan, the adjustment time cost about three to four hours, which squander on a lot on product .For shorten parameter adjustment time to achieve high precision and high speed cutting of CNC machine. Genetic algorithm is proposed in this thesis to identified optimal parameter of FANUC controller, include position loop gain、feedforward、accelerate /decelerate after interpolation, expect to superior competition ability and performance for CNC industry in Taiwan.
