Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The purpose of this thesis is to study the job satisfaction of BAS personnel with different backgrounds, and to research the difference of job satisfaction of BAS personnel in different variables of population statistic. Questionnaire is applied in this research. The design of the questionnaire is based on the personal backgrounds of BAS personnel. Personal backgrounds are defined as independent variables, which include position, assignment, gender, marriage, age, education, years of working, and salary. The dependent variable is the job satisfaction, which includes job itself, working environment, supervisor leading, office relationship, salary and benefit, promotion, performance appraisal, team work, and work identification. The samples are the BAS personnel in Council of Agriculture and its subordinate offices. The total samples are 270, and the useful samples are 194. The statistic program, SPSS for Window, is used to analyze the data. It includes descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The integral job satisfaction is high for every office and the difference of job satisfaction among offices is insignificant. 2. The most satisfaction is working environment, and the least satisfactions are promotion and the amount of work. The sequence of job satisfaction in decreasing way is working environment, team work, office relationship, supervisor leading, work identification, achievement, internal feeling, performance appraisal, salary and benefit, amount of work, promotion. 3.There is significant difference in job satisfaction for all dependent variables except gender,education, years of working, and salary.. According to the results, specific suggestions will be proposed to BAS personnel and BAS Agency.
