碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The research objects of this thesis are the financial specialists to confer the personality and to explain the difference of the performance to finding the relationship between personality and performance. Further to adjust the resources in employ the human resources. The measures of the research uses questionnaire let the financial specialists to measure by self. The questionnaire structure is including the personality and performance, which to part using the table of Big five personality and annual performances core to analyze and the questionnaire to divide into parts personality, personal statistice and background of personal marketing data. The effective questionnaires are 142 and using the SAS statistic program to receive the basic data, further to analyze which statistic finding the positive effect between performance and personality which are conscientiousness and emotional stability.
