Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between organizational commitment and occupational burnout in the industry of precision technology. The targets are the workers in one company in the middle of Taiwan. The research starts with the adoption of relevant articles analysis to confirm the subject of organizational commitment and occupational burnout. This research proceeds by questionnaire to the sampling objects of the workers in middle Taiwan’s hardware industries, and adopts SPSS to analyze the results for reaching the following purposes of this research: (1) From the relevant articles, to confirm the topics of organizational commitment and occupational burnout to set up the frame of this research. (2) To understand the current status of organizational commitment and occupational burnout among the workers in hardware industries. (3) To analyze the state of organizational commitment among the workers with different backgrounds in hardware industries. (4) To analyze the state of occupational burnout among the workers with different backgrounds in hardware industries. (5) To understand the relationship between organizational commitment and occupational burnout. (6) Based on these research results, to bring up the specific suggestion for the management in hardware industries. There are two methods to reach the purposes of this research. One is theory analysis that is to set up the frame of this research according to the relevant articles. The other is by questionnaire to understand the relationship between organizational commitment and occupational burnout and the state of the workers with different backgrounds in hardware industries. Based on this research, bring up the practicable suggestion for the management as the reference for exalting the organizational commitment and improving the occupational burnout.
