Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 通訊工程所 === 96 === In this thesis, the low-noise amplifier (LNA) for Ultra- Wideband (UWB) application will be designed and implemented. It must have the characteristics of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low power consumption at the same time. The whole spectrum bandwidth of UWB covers 7.5GHz from the frequencies of 3.1 to 10.6 GHz, the third order Chebyshev matching filter is ueed to achieve wideband matching for the flat power gain, and current reused technique has been demonstrated to reduce the power consumption. Combing the advantages of wideband chebyshev matching and current reuse technique, a low noise figure and low power consumption UWB LNA has been designed. For the implementation of the circuit, we will use is the TSMC 0.18um 1P6M CMOS process became its’ low manufacturing price and high circuit integration can be achieved.
