Because of the influences of positivism and professional crisis nursing tilts applying scientific implement and attention model that generates the cultivation for nurse students leading care into flimsiness. Noddings aims at the moral education, the theme of teaching students to be concern about people, and advances the constructive argument reforming the integral education. Thus, the purpose of this study would like to apply Noddings’ instructional belief: “cultivate human grow healthily to be a competent, cared about others, and comprehended how to love others and worthy to be loved,” into the nursing instruction. From the literatures and analyses, the females are difficult to labor for living space and development in patriarchal society that as well as exists in the nursing industry in which is identical with the Ethic of Care. Noddings focuses on the school’s morality education that emphasizes the erection about cared relationship to foster the students with cared particularity. Therefore her theory alerts the educators to the purpose of nursing education is breeding students to be care for patients and to practice the profession ethics. There are four conclusions in the study. One is Ethic of Care aids in promoting the quality of nurse; hence, the attention may be patient and care-based; one other is Ethic of Care enable nurses to be “justice” and “caring,” which enhances the function of profession ethic so that departs from narrow experiences and consciousnesses; one other is feminist, a relationship-based and care-based morals argument accenting unique of feminine thinking acquaints people with importance of care; the other is Ethic of Care emphasizes situation analysis that attitude, emotion and situation are foundations of moral reasoning that is helpful to solve problems of nursing ethic. Finally, the four suggestions for encouraging ethics of care in practice: ethics of care immersion, teaching-learning, care-cultured building and native nursing education development.
