Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers’ understandings and perceptions on the basic academic test of the elementary students and teachers’ Chinese Language teaching in Yilan county. This research also analyzed the differences among selected participants in relation to their demographic variables and their change on Chinese Language teaching activities. The “Survey Questionnaire on the Elementary School Basic Achievement Test Cognition with Chinese Language teaching change” was developed as a survey tool. The respondents of the study included fourth grade elementary school teachers in Yilan county. A total of 219 copies of the self-developed questionnaire were mailed to Yi-Lan County elementary school teachers, with 179 copies returned. The data were analyzed by statistical methods of percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA and chi-square test. Based on the analysis of the data, the following findings and results were found: 1. Teachers participated in this study were shown high degree of understanding on the Basic Achievement Test. 2. Most of teachers had some change on their Chinese Language teaching by the Basic Achievement Test. 3. The extent of changes on ‘reading teaching” was shown the most among all teaching sections. 4. Based on deferent demographic variables of teachers, some results were found. (1)The teachers of “different school scale”, “school position in township” , “graduated from language education department & Research institute” has significant difference on perception. (2)The teachers of different antecedent had significant difference on Chinese Language teaching change. (3)The teachers of different “school position”, “college department” had significant difference on Basic Achievement Test analysis book.
