Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔英科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系碩士班 === 96 === Detergents are one of the articles for daily use and also are used on long scale in industry. The synthetic detergent is composed of surfactant and other materials. There are three kind of surfactants including cation, anion and non-ionic type. And the utility rate of non-ionic surfactant is about 70%. NPnEO is the most common non-ionic surfactant, NPnEO drained to water body will be biodegraded to form NP. The structure of NP is similar to estrogen, and it will accumulate in organism to result in feminization of male living and to affect productivity of organism. Tis study researched the direct photodegradation of NP and its feasibility. And the effect of environmental factors, such as temperature, pH, chloride ion and sulfate ion, also is explored. Results revealed that the direct photodegradation of NP could be described by first-order rate law, and the k is 0.126 hr-1. It is also found that the temperature and sulfate ion had no significant effect on photodegradation of NP. But the chloride ion decreased the photogradation of NP.
