碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 公共事務管理學系碩士班 === 96 === In recent ten years﹐The domestic society is facing multivariate change﹐Most of people deeply hope that education reform really works﹒In particular﹐After education reforms from the nine-year compulsory education﹐and campus environment changes﹐Teachers working for Elementary or Secondary Schools are not enough capable of dealing with different unusual stuents﹒The main purposes of this research are： (1) To understand teaching styles of the teachers of the Miaoli Jianguo Junior High School﹒(2)To compare the variation of different teaching styles in quite different background﹒(3) To compare study achievements of different students who accept the different teaching style﹒Therefore﹐this research will study whether the different teaching styles make the different study achievement﹒This research by the questionnaire survey understands the relationship between teaching style and studies achievement﹒The research objects are the students and teachers of the Miaoli Jianguo Junior High School﹒
