The house buyers usually look for houses by themselves, so the finding process is usually time consuming and wastes lots of money. Recently, many house agent services provided the searching system in their websites for saving the searching time of customers. The Sin-Yi interactive house-looking system is a new application on the web for house looking. It uses a picture or video to reconstruct the real panorama of houses. People can browse the scene quickly as they are actually in the house. However, it can’t replace the real scene house-looking, but it can save lot of time for the house-looking. Most interactive house-looking system has grown in recent, so customers are believed in it, and people uses the system effectively. In this study, we want to understand the service quality how to influence the customer-satisfactory, and we will discriminate the service quality for 20 single term for evaluation, and we will address our propose for the system. In this work, there are three observation were discovered. At first, the population feature is not relevant to the customer satisfactory. It is intuitive from our test. The second, the interactive house-looking service quality will not be affected by the customer-satisfactory upon the five part of PZB model.
