Following the procedures of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC), the companies implemented six-sigma have demonstrated that they can drastically improve their quality and enhance competitive position. Most of the anterior inventions result form "Brainstorming," abundant inspiration, or empirical cases, so that a systematic method TRIZ, is introduced and applied in order to obtain better design or alternatives. TRIZ is a systematic thinking method and TRIZ is applied widely in the domain of technology and non-technology. Non-technologic industry is quite different from technologic industry. The characteristics of service, transaction and non-manufacturing process have more wastes and improvement opportunities. The study tries to apply TRIZ in non-technologic area, and use TRIZ to improve six sigma transactional projects. First, this study utilizes project tactics to figure out truly problems, and then find performed innovative principles from contradiction table. The parameters that have obvious physical characteristic are less used in transactional projects. The principle “prior action” is more used in transactional projects to reduse risk.
