| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 96 === The main purpose was to aim at ten domestic life-insurance companies to estimate their whole relatively efficiency. And the study offered resources of operating improvement for each life-insurance company and related department by establishing an effective performance evaluation system with BSC and DEA.Most past researchers only used financial perspective to study and less explored non-financial perspectives. The study used BSC four perspectives: customer, internal process,learning and growth measured targets, then chose suitable input and output items by DEA to explore performance of each life-insurance through four perspectives.The study found that it’s easy to cause estimating deviation if the study only use financial perspective’s input and output to estimate efficiency value. Therefore, the study thought that the non-financial perspectives also should be brought into measuring items. If the study only considered about financial perspective, some departments are relatively efficiency.However, if the study considered about non-financial perspectives at the same time, the relatively efficiency value decrease to become relatively inefficiency.
