Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 96 === This research focuses on the relationship between the existing situation of private vocational senior high schools’ military instructors’ job recognition and pressure. Because private schools also differences in a certain level of subjective-environment, military instructors have something to do in job execution, recognition, and pressure, and those should be emphasized and reference incorporated by returned, for related organizations. A total of 95 questionnaires were sent out. 81 copies were the effective return rate is 85%. Those questionnaires were based on four hypotheses. The first one is military instructors from different backgrounds are significantly different in their job recognition. Second, military instructors from different backgrounds have distinctively different levels of pressure. Third, military instructors’ job recognition is significant correlated with their job pressure. Finally, military instructors’ job recognition is an effective to release their job pressure. The method of this statistics used is derived from the method of reliability, factor, describing statistic, logistic regression, and relative analysis. The result of this data analysis showed as follows: 1. The effect of private vocational senior high schools’ military instructors’ working service seniority and working load achieves positive difference significantly. 2. The effect of private vocational senior high schools’ military instructors’ job recognition and achievement achieves negative difference significantly. 3. The effect of private vocational senior high schools’ military instructors’ job recognition and work load achieves positive difference significantly. One word: military instructor, job pressure, and job recognition.
