The existing preschools IT insufficient resources to the implementation of information management operators fear will increase the burden on business. 2. The community information developed by the child education management system only focus on the administrative resources management has not fully culvert Cover. Moreover the information industry to the general cause of preschools business is not cooked. Yipiangaiquan fear is losing effectiveness. 3. David inadequate quality of teachers in the implementation of information management information, the young teachers is another challenge. 4. And a case study for SWOT analysis, Porter Five of the analysis and value chain analysis. In the case study of the outcome, then the executive, Kyobo practice, health care as the main framework for building knowledge management platform. Second case will be divided into two bodies experimental stage, the first stage of testing is not carried out through education and training system testing, and from the testing phase of the applicability of the software and user acceptance of the second stage Zhengshishangxian Stage, that is, through education and training and counselling in accordance with the final two stages of the experimental results, the implementation of preschools knowledge management platform for organizations to assess and verify the performance analysis. Enhance the competitiveness of their own preschools and value, we must first start with the internal organization of reform, the creation of innovative preschools team and improve the quality preschools a positive correlation. Conducive to the implementation of knowledge management platform preschools organizational effectiveness, as the final validation of this study and found that knowledge management is a long-term implementation of the planning, knowledge management platform must be the future development of preschools continuously updated.
