spelling ndltd-TW-096ISU053960542015-10-13T14:52:51Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/05704608986768024094 A case study of Financial Reform and Competitiveness of the Taiwan Land Bank 金融改革與競爭力之提升與探討-以土地銀行為例 Tai-Cheng Chung 鍾泰昌 碩士 義守大學 資訊管理學系碩士班 96 Because after the financial liberalism and the internationalization become the world trend, the economic development of Taiwan has already headed for a global economic trade position from the local area economic trade characteristic.In order to respond the economic financial wreath environment of the violent variety, the financial authorities expands the financial market scale and creative financial merchandise actively.Accompany with financial environment to change quickly, the commercial bank, stock business, stock investment trust business, insurance company, futures company, financial holding company of Taiwan establishes competitively, urging financial servicing business to become the economy development main current for respond a total and financial environment change.In the meantime, along with economic globalization the propulsion of the big tide, the trend of the financial liberalism can strengthen in the global scope, the financial liberalism raises the efficiency of the bank service department of the developing country, and reduces cost.Bank the traditional business management has already faced a dilemma.In order to break the dilemma of[with] financial environment management, the domestic citizen camp bank follows example of the method that the outside commercial bank goes in succession, developing service charge to wait for bad business of related non- benefit, because the not- traditional business doesn''t involve to teach the trade wind insurance, and can bring income of collecting the continuous fee, hence make the banking put into the management of this business actively, make its business income structure produce equal variety.Reduce year by year in the proportion of the interest income, rather than the proportion of the interest income then increases year by year, indicating the bank business already toward the more diversified development as developing credit card, cash card and trusting, developing not- traditional businesses such as financial merchandise and the wealth management etc.s of sexes, making its income source diversify. Therefore the goal of, this thesis is to study the Taiwan Land Bank using the following three approaches: (1) using the similar model obtained from the Chinese Financial Association to analyze the financial data to derive the competitiveness of the Taiwan Land Bank; (2) using the operating data to derive the rating of the Taiwan Land Bank compared to other competitors; and (3) using SWOT model to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of the Taiwan Land Bank. Finally, several competitive strategies are also suggested in this thesis to the Taiwan Land Bank management team.
