| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 物流與航運管理學系 === 96 === To survive and operate sustainably, enterprise has to face and deal with multidimensional impacts and competition. The well planning, application and management of supply chain become an significant approach for hi-tech industry to increase competitive advantages and enhance operation performance in the globalization trend. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of six core competence namely, strategic planning, production-process innovation, supply chain management, logistics management, quality management and R&D innovation on competitive advantages and operation performance of hi-tech industry in Taiwan the viewpoint of supply chain, from the structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to test the research model and the data was collected by the questionnaire to the high tech firms in Taiwan. The results show that core competence has a positive effect on competitive advantages and operation performance, and competitive advantages also has a positive effect on operation performance. Finally, this study discussed the managerial implications and offered suggestions for the future researches.
