Therefore, to design a portable, general price of intelligent solar camping light, this is become to the motivation of developing in this paper. In this paper, the solar camping light is made by low cost multi-core microprocessor --- FPPA as the control system, buck dc converter topology and solar energy to charge a rechargeable Ni-MH battery. Also the LED was utilized to be lighting source. Within the past year, the oil cost has been risen up to $107, and the worldwide oil reserves have decreased while the earth suffers the greenhouse effect by the inflammation of lithification sources. These factors emphasize the importance of clean and clear replaced sources. Some famous sources such as: solar energy, wind , Biomass, Fuel Cell,…etc,the most popular one is the solar energy due to its universality and inexhaustibility. Recently, the recharge mode of solar energy – use the DSP chipset to design the maxima power tracker for solar power, and utilize the DSP chipset together with isolated boost circuit to develop a Home Mains Power Source Inverter, and the research of battery is focus on the Lead-Acid Storage Battery and lithium battery. The cost for these researches is very high, and which cause the obstacle on promoting the camping lamps. The research of this thesis is different from the one above. This research is for leading into mass production, and the main differences are as follows: 1. To abandon the high price DSP controller chip, and focus on Micro controller. The product of multi-core FPPA of Micro controller is the main subject when development. 2. The principle of this product is more regard for practical utility. With portable, cheap, and environmental Ni-MH battery will instead of heavy Lead-Acid Storage Battery and expensive lithium battery which we using now. 3.
