Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 96 === In military unit, troop leader has always been a main character to gather and concentrate the morale in armed force and responsible for providing leadership in order to achieve missions. From investigating the correlation among leader-member exchange , organizational justice, and organizational citizenship behavior in air force logistic unit, this research intends to study how leaders motivate subordinates so that they would obey orders and perform organizational citizenship behaviors.
This research examined the correlation among interactive justice, leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behaviors, and investigated the interactive effect of leader-member exchange and interactive justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Using questionnaire survey as the research method, a total of 397 copies were distributed to members stationed in the air base. There were 323 valid matched questionnaires rendered with a valid return rate of 81.4%. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchy regression analysis. The main empirical findings of this study are as follows:
1. There is a significant positive relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior, indicating a high-quality exchange relationship encourages members’ organizational citizenship behavior.
2. There is a significant positive relationship between interactive justice and organizational citizenship behavior, indicating the higher members’ cognition towards interactive justice, the more they would perform organizational citizenship behavior.
3. There is a significant interactive effect of leader-member exchange and interactive justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
