Operation performance of business and corporate culture have faced great challenges and conflicts. The research focuses on power supply industry in Taiwan, starts with corporate culture and combines with human resource management, management strategy, and operation performance. It aims at firstly, exploring main contents and elements of corporate culture, human resource management, and operation performance. Secondly, exploring different emphasis on main contents of corporate culture, human resource management, and operation performance. And the last one is according to the interrelation and influence among corporate culture, human resource management, and operation performance to verify and explore the connection. The research bases on regression analysis to explore the interrelation among corporate culture, human resource management, and operation performance. It finds these three aspects have interaction and corporate culture has influence on operation performance. Thus, I suggest power supply industry should reinforce the foundation of corporate culture, and strengthen human resource management to lead operation performance of business and connect corporate culture and human resource management to adjust to each other. In this way, industry operation could be trend-setting and sustainable growth.
