To meet those directives, many well-known companies start to establish their own standards to restrain suppliers and lower the risk of amends after the directives became effective. In the supply chain of global industry, Taiwan plays an important role on OEM and ODM process, therefore, it must take necessary measures on parts and assembled modules to meet buyers’ (well-known companies) request of green standards and keep our electronics advantages in global supply chain. In face of complicated and various sub-suppliers, the vendors of small and medium sized parts are confronting oncoming development and green attacks. For Taiwan enterprises, how to meet related regulations and deploy cooperation required by customers are greatly urgent matters. This study mainly collects related data of photoelectric industry and understand how they boost and operate green chain between suppliers and customers by case study and interview in depth.
