This article uses several kinds of DC-DC converters in solar energy conversion system, and mutually compares with their pros and the cons. This will provide a better reference for the scholars doing reserch in this field. Finally, the converting system is operated both in grid-connected mode and stand-alone mode, and then compares with each other via simulations, to verify the feasibility of the proposed maximum power tracking method and conversion system.
