Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 光電與通訊研究所 === 96 === This thesis mainly study in Circularly Polarized Antennas , there are used the slot-coupled fed, high permittivity Ceramic materials with high Quality Factor to make small and pure circular polarization antennas. The design of the antenna are simulated by the software HFSS for the comparison. In the Chapter 2, the proposed antennas are fed by the arrowhead slot-coupled to excite the patch radiators. The patch radiators are etched an asymmetric cross slot to disturb the current path on the patch for circular polarization. In the Chapter 3, a novel coupling technique for circularly polarized square-ring patch antenna is developed and discussed. The circular polarization radiator of the patch antenna is achieved by a simple microstrip feed line through the coupling of a square patch on the same plane of the antenna. Proper positioning of the coupling square patch excites two orthogonal resonant modes with 900 phase difference, and a pure circular polarization is obtained.
