Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 96 === Abstract In the recent years, traditional industries have been experiencing a slow development. How will be the future of the traditional industries? This is always a very critical question. Out of traditional industries are also to find many new products which have good and speed development. This proves the existence value of traditional industries. From the historical researches, it is not difficulty to realize the magnificent help out of the traditional industries on the steady economics, on the creation of the employment rates, and on the stabilization of the society of our country as well. The object of this research is focus on the screw production out of the traditional industry and based on The Theory of Panned Behavior (TPB) for analyzing the behavioral intention models when employees are accepting trainings. Systematically analyzed with the AMOS 6.0, this research works the three events of “attitude”, “subjective norm”, “consciousness behavior control” and treats the main factors which carry out great effects on employee’s behavioral intentions when accepting trainings. This study is to point out the effects of the three events on employees when they accept the educational trainings and to offer other enterprises a valuable reference when setting up similar internal policies. This research shows the conspicuous influences from the faith factors of “attitude, subjective norm, consciousness behavior controlling” on employees’ behavioral intentions when they accept educational trainings. From the three events, “consciousness behavior controlling”, mainly influenced by “convenient situations”, carries out the most conspicuous effect here. Influenced by the “related social interests”, the event “attitude” plays the second important role. The least effect is worked out by the “subjective norm”, which was mainly influenced by “second social party”. Differs from the other scholars’ researches, personal parts carry out the least, even negative, influences on employees of screw industry, while “self-efficiency” was treated as the biggest effect in the former researches. This point can be further discussed by the future scholars. Six suggestions are carried out in this research: I. For private company: A. Pay attention on the convenience of training courses. B. Establish an organization based on learning model. C. Build up broadcasting channels for extending educations. II. For governmental organizations: A. Establish educational training policies. B. Offer financial supports from government. C. Concretely carry out the idea of lifetime education.
