Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 96 === After popularity and diversification of higher education, the college education is stimulated to face the customer-oriented and enhancing the administrative efficiency. Student affairs plays the basis and important role in the college education, especially in improving the service quality of college administration. Student's affairs is in charge of all students' activities, and offer the important mechanism of the plural development chance beyond teaching. Besides student affairs is also the key point in cultivation of the moral values and students' intellectual and physical development. In order to enhance the service quality of students affairs the student's demand and rational appeal should be considered. Furthermore, enhancing the administrative efficiency, developing the key feature of the student affair, and respect student's right are also the important approaches in improving student affairs' effectiveness. The aims of this paper include establish the structure of service quality on student affairs of college; in the meantime, verify the feasibility of fuzzy evaluation system structure based on different assessment via the numerical example; finally compare the differences approaches between the fuzzy evaluation ststem and common statistical method. This study proposes a new fuzzy evaluation method, it considers the vagueness of decision making by human beings, and more realistic than common statistical method. Furthermore, the method nentioned in this paper can be employed in real administration student affairs for relative student affair's staffs.
