Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 96 === A synthesizing method is proposed to design and implement Wideband Low Noise Amplifiers (WLNA) in the microwave frequency range. The WLNA is implemented by utilizing Chebyshev matching transformers(CMT). In particular, the effective bandwidth of WLNA can be augmented to over 1.2GHz of Balance WLNA. The effective noise of WLNA can be augmented to over 2.7GHz of Balance WLNA. The size of WLNA can be reduced to over 23.8% of Balance WLNA. Two types of WLNA with different frequency bands are built and tested. A methodology of designing a WLNA is presented and implemented to validate this new method correct by measuring.
