In view of the domestic “two-trillion,two-star” the development of this study,digital games industry as the scope of the study, the actual choice for game developers of the samples for research and development departments,and empirical analysis of the questionnaires. The framework for the sharing of knowledge, including individuals,teams,organizations and information technology; innovation-oriented includes products, technology and service innovation;performance-oriented research and development while technical,marketing,strategy,financial and technical capacity to assess learning. This study found that the sharing of knowledge innovation capacity,organization and information technology have significant capacity for innovation,individual and team is part of significant research and development of knowledge-sharing performance, organizations and information technology research and development of a significant achievement, respect for the team Most significantly, no significant personal relationship between the innovative capability of research and development performance,product development and technological innovation on the part of a remarkable achievement, no significant relationship between service innovation in knowledge sharing and innovation capability of research and development performance, and knowledge-sharing Innovation capability of financial performance significantly, in technology, marketing,strategy and technical ability to learn while some significant relationship. Finally,the study found that under the proposed industries in the sharing of knowledge,innovation and R&D related aspects of performance improvement and recommendations to provide the domestic industry the next few games to share knowledge,innovation and R&D performance of the implementation,implementation and improvement,Can be used as a reference, and in the academic contribution,conducting follow-up study,researchers can study this study as a reference and basis.
