Then, the innovativeness or meaningful uniqueness of a new product to a large extent arise from the team-specific distinctive competencies, specifically, the NPD team’s competencies in sharing or processing of innovative new product knowledge. To explore how innovative knowledge sharing is affected by distinctive competencies of cross-functional teams and contextual influences of joint reward system on the team, and the authors proposed a framework. Our goal discussed three relations between the Distinctive Competencies of the new research development team (NRDT), Joint Reward System(JRS), between Innovative Knowledge Sharing. On the basis of a study is 236 correlative personnel of NPDT in the high tech industry. Our results indicate that innovative knowledge sharing is related to the level of superordinate identity and lead users involvement , and JRS is negatively moderated effect.
