This research carries on the preliminary investigation in a manner to deepen interview, its purpose is for understanding the transition of the screw industry of Taiwan, how to select one to be most favorable to the technological tactics way of enterprises under the doing in the test amount of the cost-effective, effective different key resources of integration, in order to set up the technological ability of the core, become the important problem that is worth probing into.
In addition, the interview result finds industry''s manufacturer of the fastener of Taiwan must offer the products of higher additional value, so, in the district of product market to be cut high additional value separates, it is the requirement to obtain relevant patents, set up its way to enter obstacle especially. So, will obtain the planning that all kinds of patents will be regarded as company''s competitive strategy, can further set up the competition advantage of the company, can raise enterprise''s profit with raising benefit that the industry supplies the chain wholly even more.
