Knowledge management is evident to be more important in the field of Internet media. The study hopes to concern and investigate the further understanding as well as the awareness of Internet media technology industry has brought in the implementation of knowledge Management.In addition, concerning to the previous literatures aimed at the science and technology industries as the Internet media research, we found there is insufficient evidence and little do we know about organizational culture and knowledge management relating to job performance which is presented in the form of quantitative analysis. Moreover, the overlook of the organizational culture in the media industry may also play a critical role on the influence of knowledge management.The study we are concerned is to integrate the knowledge management and organizational culture as well as possible, investigating the interaction thoroughly between the media on yam in the organizational culture of knowledge management based on the use of the actual effectiveness, and the result would tell whether there is any significant impact on the organizational culture and knowledge Management to job performances. This participant of the study is to aim at the staff of the yam media and the purpose of the surveying is divided into three criteria: (1) the impact of the organizational culture on knowledge management; (2) the influence organizational culture has brought to job performances, and (3) the impact of knowledge management on job performances. The Study adopts questionnaire to the survey, amount a total 178 questionnaires were distributed and 99 questionnaires were finally valid, the effective recovery rate of 55.62 percent. We focus on the effective recovery of the questionnaire analysis and give the following findings: 1.The higher to the point of view the staff of Yam concern their company’s "organizational culture", the better the situation of the "knowledge management" would be generated. 2.The staff of Yam of the company "organizational culture" will affect cognitive "job performance." Among them, " emphasis on innovation " culture has the most to do with " contextual performance. " 3.The staff of Yam "knowledge management" to implement the effectiveness of the better, "job performance" will be higher.
