This study seeks to explore the phenomenon in the context of the supply of workers to client hotels by labor dispatch agencies in Taiwan. The empirical evidence shows that Taiwan hoteliers are in doubt of the application of using labor dispatch agencies, as well as often confusing it with outsourcing operations. Labor dispatch industry does not yet focus on the hospitality industry, dispite of its needs for labour flexibility in reaction to the demand fluctuation.With building a long-term partnership between hotels and labor dispatch agencies, some issues raised in this study can be solved.
