On this study, the questionnaires were used collect to data at the National Museum of Nature Science (NMNS). Findings of the study were as follow: First, the job satisfaction was influenced significantly by the personal characteristics. And, the motivation was also significantly influenced by the personal characteristics. Second, there was significantly positive correlation between the motivation and the job satisfaction. When the volunteer interpreters had higher participation motivation, they also had higher job satisfaction. Finally, the job involvement was significantly influenced by the personal characteristics. There was significantly positive correlation between the job involvement and the job satisfaction. When the volunteer interpreters had higher job involvement, they also had higher job satisfaction.
