But during the procurement, the interaction of the government and the supplier will increase some problems, such as what preference factors is and how to promote.
Because of the electronic-policy, the information procurement is the most and effect the government the most. The purpose of the research is to know what the preference factors is when the government procurement staffs choose the information suppliers.
Based on the research problem and purpose, the research choose appropriated scope and object to sample. And the research value the reliability and validity. Based on study model and study scope, the research collect data, design questionnaire and then analysis the data
