They are also supporters, assistants and attendants. The staff has to assist teachers in the teaching activities and take into account organizational effectiveness. Then, school administration can develop the function of school education, and demonstrate the great efficiency. Therefore, the school''s administrative staffs are very important in school. This research discusses the job characteristics, job satisfaction and career development of the administrative staffs in Taipei Municipal junior high school that will provide education authorities to review the position of staffs, and other related issues of reference. The research discusses the administrative staffs in Taipei Municipal junior high school and through this analysis can further understand how is the Job perception, Job satisfaction and the aspirations of career development. What is the relevance of job satisfaction and the job characteristics? What is the relevance of Job satisfaction and career development? Whether there is a significant difference of different demographic variables to the administrative staffs’ Job perception, Job satisfaction and the aspirations of career development. The research used a questionnaire survey, and use the SPSS analysis software;467 questionnaires were issued, 337 valid questionnaires were recovered. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis and other methods of testing hypotheses, the results show that: (1) Task Identity is the highest of administrative staff Job perception. (2) Instrumental satisfaction is the highest of administrative staff job satisfaction. (3) Internal promotion is the highest of administrative staff career development aspirations. (4) The whole career development is the most obvious part of the difference of demographic variables and the variables. (5) Job perception has a significant positive impact of job satisfaction. (6) Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact of career development. According to the research results, the research has some recommendations: (1) Give complete job procedure and immediate feedback. (2) Build the clearly job objectives and carry out the job encouragement system. (3) Increase the opportunities of promotion and encourage the-job training. (4) Increase the whole school administration autonomy and give immediate feedback of job results. (5) Increase more welfare and the internal promotion. (6) Pay more attention in personal differences and provide more opportunities of experience sharing.
