碩士 === 明道大學 === 管理研究所 === 96 === Since 2001, the two days off policy has been implemented, citizen have more time to involve in leisure activities. This policy might improve the tourism industry and drives the development of the tourism industry and promotes the local economic prosperity. About 70% of the local residents of Tien-wei Highway Garden (TWHG) are engaged in the relevant undertaking of flowers horticulture; it brings the economic benefits and yet the negative influence. The attitude local resident is influencing the success of tourism industry development. This study result shows that the development of tourism brings influence to perception of community's consciousness and local culture those might further influence the support degree of residents’ attitude. This empirical study is through the distribution of questionnaires and applies factor analysis, cluster analysis and Logit regression analysis. The result finds out that the living standard and residence security have positive relationships with attitude of supporting, culture and local community support.
