Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 森林學系所 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to explore different visitor''s background influence to environmental attitude, environmental education cognition and environmental behavior intention , and the relationship among environmental attitude, environmental education cognition and environmental behavior intention. In total, the study obtained 406 valid samples in the Hui-Sun forest station by using purposive sampling method. To describe the results and examine the research hypotheses, the study used several statistics, such as descriptive statistics, independent-sample T test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis, some conclusions were made: 1.The most of samples are woman, between 21-30 years; above 41.4% are university educated, 20.9% are student, 60.8% are middle region, and 73.2% of the visitors participate in the interpretive activity. 2.To the environmental attitude in visitor''s characteristic, 51~60-years-old visitors’ environmental attitude were significantly higher than other ages, and the interpretive participator’ environmental attitude were significantly higher than the interpretive non-participator. 3.To the environmental education cognition in visitor’s characteristic, The visitors graduating from university and graduate were lower environmental education cognition than the visitors graduating from the secondary and higher education, and The visitors with the interpreter were significantly higher environmental education cognition than the visitors who does not have the interpreter. 4.To the environmental behavior intention in visitor’s characteristic, 51~60-years-old visitors’ environmental behavior intention were significantly higher than other ages, and the interpretive participator’ environmental behavior intention were significantly higher than the interpretive non-participator. 5.If tourist would like to join environmental education, have correct attitudes of environment, they would more actively participate in environmental protection actions. It gave one proof that environmental attitudes and environmental education cognition can predict environmental behavior.
