There are two hundred seventy-eight FFAs with credit departments located in nearly three hundred territories, mostly located in remote suburban areas. The characteristics of FFAs are conventional different ranging from facing ferriferous competition with financial institutions in city areas to facing high operation cost with average low-income residents in remote suburban areas. Thus, there are inherent different characteristics ranging from business environment, capital scales, scale of deposit and loan, and investment amount to Agricultural Bank. Since 1990 the credit departments of FFAs have been struggled due to strong competition from other financial institutions, financial deregulation, and globalizing. Thus, there is urgent need to have central financial and management support to credit departments of FFAs. This study is to investigate the different characteristics of FFA by classifying into territory, capital scale, scale of deposit and loan, and investment amount to Agricultural Bank in order to understand the difference in business satisfaction. This study found out there are obvious differences in (1) satisfaction analysis of Agricultural Bank’s receiving deposit and capital finance by different types of FFAs (2) satisfaction analysis of Agricultural Bank’s capital finance and other business by different capital scale of Credit Departments of FFAs. This study revealed the priority sequence of Credit Departments to request business assistance from Agricultural Bank is receiving deposit, establishing information sharing, and urging commission. This study applied the progressive regression analysis to conclude the factors influencing overall satisfaction are in sequence: receiving deposit, assistance and audit, capital finance, and other business. 陳連勝 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
