According to the U.S. market research unit DisplaySearch statistics show that in 2007 Taiwan's total output value of panel amounted to NT 1.21 trillion, beyond South Korea, become the No.1 in the world. The self-made rate in the key components parts made of 92 percent or more. In this study, the case of companies to use of Heuristic Algorithms, analysis of the supply chain network, and calculate the total cost of distribution. Finishing summed up by this study, and its main intention is to simplify the structure of many of the logistics network model, in many different nodes identified the earlier and the middle process plants, module factories and the best customer sales base location for a future assessment of the supply chain based on the overall efficiency. After research revealed that the imported cases in the supply chain network analysis, the use of algorithms for enterprises can save a lot of the total system cost strategy for the decision.
